Positive experience: When traveling for work I always do my best to hit the gym and workout at least for a little bit. Found this place pretty much next door to my hotel gym. Very clean, well maintained, and has the basics. Maybe you should look elsewhere for like a mono lift or belt squat or something if you need more specific stuff, but this gym has everything you need to complete a good workout top to bottom.

Fantastic experience: The facility is well maintained and clean - I felt very safe visiting for a cryotherapy appointment. Sue is amazing, she makes you feel at home and safe and provides the very best hospitality. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a member...yet.. I just bought a 10 pack of passes to try it out. I love it so far. I wasn't sure I would. The equipment is great and everyone is respectful. The facility is clean and inviting. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
