Synergy Martial Arts and Fitness

Fantastic experience: The sensei is absolutely amazing. The school is always spotless and wiped down. I'm a returning student and have already noticed weightloss and muscles beginning to tone. It's not just a school it's a family. You wont regret it.

Fantastic experience: We enrolled our son here just a few days ago. So far so good. The instructor seems to be amazing so far. He has such patience and really works with my son so well. He has a hard time focusing and I really hope this class will help him in some way and he seems to really enjoy it so far and gets excited about it. I couldn't ask for anything more.
