Checkmat BJJ Saint Petersburg

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Professor Reppin, for allowing us to come train with you! My husband and I truly enjoyed sweating out our vacation calories on the mat with your students. As a fellow Checkmat member from Virginia, I must say you have a great facility - lots of space, clean, and friendly people to train with. We hope to come visit again sometime!

Fantastic experience: I was on vacation in St. Pete and they allowed me to drop in and train while I was there. Had a great time and learned some great techniques that I’ve started using. Everyone was very friendly and competitive.

Fantastic experience: Was in town and stopped in for an afternoon class. Instructor and students were all very welcoming and friendly. We worked on some really good drills and positional attacks/defenses. I can’t say enough good things about the atmosphere and environment. Will be back again.

Fantastic experience: I can’t stress enough the importance of finding a great class from the beginning of BJJ journey. The class members were super friendly and knowledgeable from all sorts of belt ranks! Professor is the kindest person ever and I think that’s why he is a great leader. Unfortunately I had to relocate, but I will always remember this place!
