Fantastic experience:
Fantastic experience: This is a great place for either beginners like me or experienced ones. It changes each day with various fun music to keep you pumped. Full circuit workouts on the weekend is challenging but not intimidating. Something for each day. I enjoy the evening hours as it gives me something to look forward to and keep me motivated to eat healthy knowing I have a workout to do. Having weekend morning hours is nice because it jump starts your day right. Everyone is so positive and uplifting so it does not matter your skill level when you start, you are encouraged to listen to your body and do your best. No judgment zone.????
