Fantastic experience: Good gym, cheap membership

Positive experience: Pros: Very nice owners. They are personal and dedicate a lot of their time into making sure the gym is up and running (even late at night). It is 24 hours and is in a good location if you live in Piedmont. It is also affordable. Cons: A lot of the equipment is old. It's in an old building so there isn't AC (just fans), so it gets hot. There is an odor when you are there that is hard to describe. It smells like mold possibly. And overall just feels like the place (equipment too) doesn't get cleaned often. Overall: It is a good option if you are local and don't want to drive 30 minutes to another gym. I understand they are family owned and do their best to make it a functioning gym.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in piedmont!!! So many options for so many work outs. Very clean. The owner is super sweet. 10/10 recommend! And it’s open 24/7. Monthly subscription is very affordable!

Fantastic experience: Great place! I really love this gym! Lots of nice equipment and is always very clean. The owner is very nice and she is always super helpful. I would recommend to anyone!!
