You will meet the best instructors and the friendliest people! If you don’t want to go to the studio, you can zoom classes from the comfort of your home. Why not give it a try, you have nothing to lose, and so much to gain.

Fantastic experience: Jiva is an inviting space for all ages and abilities. They meet you where you are at. Lots of support from instructors and the other members. I highly recommend Jiva.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Jiva for 6 years now, the longest time I’ve ever spent working out. It’s all due to the open, nonjudgmental atmosphere and acceptance of the staff to clients of all fitness levels. The group fitness format is fun and the instructors keep it light and fun. The commraderie of the other members is a plus. I can’t imagine not having Jiva in my life.
