Fantastic experience: I’m the type of person who gets bored with a workout so I was always trying different places. I’ve been a member for about 2 years now and I’m never bored! The workouts constantly change and we are always using different equipment. I also love that this workout is for any skill level because everything can be modified. The trainers are amazing and really motivate you and want to see you succeed. They know exactly when to push you out of your comfort zone. The members are very welcoming and helpful. You don’t have to worry about feeling like an outsider here! I highly recommend giving F45 a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for just over 6 months. I can’t say enough about this gym and this type of workout. It has changed my life!! I have always done some form of exercise but now I am in the process of a true transformation and it feels amazing. I couldn’t do it without the support from the amazing coaches and the support from all the members. F45 Round Rock team members make this gym a real community. Proud to be part of the F45 culture.
