OPEX Round Rock

Fantastic experience: OPEX is an incredible gym. The coaches are kind, knowledgeable, and meet you where you are. They design plans that help you meet your goals and work on strength, flexibility, tone, and any other personal goals you may have. I look forward to going and feel great when I leave. The gym is cozy but has everything you need for a full body workout; it doesn't feel overwhelming, and there is personalized attention without a feeling of being watched. Highly recommend that you check it out!!

Fantastic experience: Opex has been great for me. All the coaches truly care about helping people make lifelong changes. I love the small intimate feel of the gym, I love the custom workout plans, the demos and corrections the coaches give. It is truly a motivating environment. I love that everyone that is there is working to better themselves working out together but working towards their own goals. I always leave feeling better. There are always check-ins from your coach, great discussions and seeing the results when doing a body scan is so motivating! I have honestly never been this consistent with exercise in my life but it is truly a great experience everytime I step into the gym.

Fantastic experience: OPEX is a gym that led to a lifestyle change for me and it’s a long-term investment so you can still go hiking in your 80s. It has been by far one of my best gym experiences I’ve had. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally patient. They tailor a program that focuses on your goals with regular consults to verify your progress. When I first started, I was basically immobilized from a serious back injury. All the programming was targeted to strengthen my weaknesses while preventing injury. In less than 6 months I was able to see results I haven’t seen in 6 years.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that before reaching out to OPEX (PJ) I was super nervous, hesitant, and talking myself out of it. I went for my consult and we talked about my goals. Not just current goals, but my why. We talked about nutrition, we talked about sleep and recovery, and how daily stress can affect absolutely everything. Fast forward to today, and I wake up every morning looking forward to my training. It's personalized to ME, not a big group. My training challenges me, but doesn't exhaust me, doesn't cause pain, and keeps me coming back. Don't get me wrong, my crew keeps me coming back too. I've found my tribe, and I call OPEX my home.

Fantastic experience: Best gym experience I have ever had. The coaches work with you to come up with a personalized plan. They truly listen to your goals and help you achieve them. I actually like going to the gym now (I have never been one of those people). Along with losing weight and building muscle, I have decreased my running times and have more energy.
