Fantastic experience: I love this place! Found it on a Groupon as I have been looking to try out some fitness classes for core strength. I have tried quite a few and this is the one that stuck. The exercises are truly therapeutic, the owner, Sue, really knows her stuff. Always a warm and welcoming vibe here.

Fantastic experience: For years I couldn't work out because of my endless back and hip pain from childbirth. I didn't feel like myself every day, but aged version pushing through the pain. Then I started going to Sue's tone and tighten class, and it was as if overnight I was transformed into my happy, pain-free easy-going self again. Her moves are so effective yet gentle, and perfectly increases my strength through proper technique and form. You're the best Sue! I can't thank you enough.
