Amped Fitness Gym St Petersburg Fl

Fantastic experience: I love the downtown location. Since the Tyrone location was built, this place isn’t packed shoulder to shoulder. The environment is great and open to new comers. I enjoy all of the free weights available, and the machines are nice as well. I do personal training here and my trainer Jessica is very intelligent, listens to my needs, and is a great guide through this journey.

Fantastic experience: It's my first gym experience where I have a membership. So a pretty good atmosphere. Showers, lockers and pretty much everything you could want. 24hr too so if you need to get some energy out after drinking coffee too late in the day then you can get a workout in the process, regardless of time. Great for 3 shifters or night people. I'd say 4.5 out of 5. But only for very minor cosmetic issues in the showers. Really it's 5 star after they fix that so I'm just giving 5 now.

Positive experience: I joined here almost a year ago & I never regret it!! I’ve had now 2 trainers, but Jessica is a favorite.. she gently pushes me beyond my limits each time & I love ❤️ her for that!! Never knew I could be so strong & confident in who I am!!! Great place to start being all about You!!!

Fantastic experience: Convenient location and very clean. I’ve been a member at several gyms throughout my life and I gotta say there is some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated staff at this gym. Kevin evaluated me for my initial assessment and I was so impressed that I signed up for consistent training (which I wasn’t planning on doing at all). I’ve had upper crossed syndrome for several years now and have seen many professionals (physical therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, etc.) but training with Jess has been so crucial in continuing to correct my muscle imbalances and learning how to properly execute the movements. Jess is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and anatomy and is always so helpful in answering all of my questions, as well as being an all around fantastic person! Thanks so much to the Amped staff!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Amped (specifically this location) for going on 6 years now. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. This isn't your typical meat head, uncomfortable setting of a gym. The staff treats you like family and goes out of their way to make you feel at home! I decided to take on a trainer full time last year and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my fitness journey. With the help and guidance of the Amped staff, I'm now in the best shape of my life both physically and mentally. Love you guys! :)
