Positive experience: Edit: After stopping into the gym and waiting to speak to the manager I was given a full refund. Updating rating to reflect refund. Management has been impossible to get ahold of, I was charged full price for two months when my account was supposed to be frozen. I haven't been offered a refund and no one has responded to my calls or emails. Front desk staff is positive and as helpful as can be but the management couldn't care less about the clients.
Fantastic experience: Sonoma Fit has been doing a great job during CoVID and worth the money check it out if you have not done so already
