Fantastic experience: This is a "boutique" gym. While not being large, there is a great selection of free weights and machines. The machines are kept it perfect working order. There are a number of Pelotons, treadmills, etc. There is a good selection of classes and the training staff are encouraging and know their stuff.

Fantastic experience: Great facility for national, college, state, club athletes, equipment is top notch as an international athlete that’s lived and trained in sports institutions all across Europe, the staff there are extremely professional, Patrick one of the coaches is highly experienced with athletes will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful local gym for my family. Excellent staff and equipment. The gym is well maintained and clean. Peloton bike and tread are a significant plus. The downstairs offers spin and other fitness classes while the main floor houses free weights, machines, treadmills and the peloton equipment. Outdoor spin classes were offered during the fall which was nice. Great gym.
