Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive things to say about CKB! Each instructor is so friendly & empowering. They will accept you where you are, and coach you to where you want to be, in an UPLIFTING & POSITIVE way. I’ve been a member for 4 months and I am so happy about the changes I’ve seen in myself already. I am stronger, more flexible, my endurance has gone up tremendously, and I finally have a healthy outlet for my stress and anger. The accountability & continuous encouragement to be my best self that I receive from CKB is worth. every. penny. ❤️

Fantastic experience: The instructors take time to give individual feedback and motivation. There are plenty of class times to choose from. I've been going for 4 months and feel stronger, more flexible and overall more motivated. I also got my cholesterol down to a healthy level after 3 years of struggling to lower it by dieting alone. I credit that to the new exercise habits I've built at Kickboxing. My fave instructors are both Sara(h)'s and Taylor. I learn a lot from them! 10/10 recommend it. I had not exercised in years before coming and no one ever judged me for taking things slow at first. In fact, people celebrate your progress and milestones all the time!
