Positive experience: Started going to the Y to help rehab my hip replacement after therapy. I love the variety of machines, free weights, pools, and different classes, that they offer. They also have trainers available to help you if needed. I would definitely recommend using the Y in your area...

Fantastic experience: They allowed me to use the gym for free for 30 days while I had time off while switching to a new command in the US Navy. Dana was extremely helpful with this. Had everything I needed between the cardio and weightlifting equipment. Also the young guy at the front desk is very friendly and always made me feel welcome!
