Fantastic experience: Recently moved to Illinois and super happy to have found this gym! I've been going for 2 weeks now, 3xs and each HIIT class has been different. You will never be bored with your workout. The trainers are friendly and encouraging. 5 Stars for Mid - City gym!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Love the personal attention by all the staff. They know the names of everyone who walks in the door. Always available to answer your questions and anticipate your needs. Glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: They have a tremendous amount of equipment. There is always medical stand on duty in case they are needed.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely look forward to my workouts here. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and polite. Clean and easy to use. One of my favorite places to be.

Fantastic experience: What I have found in Mid-City is an atmosphere of positivity without shame and the trainers are knowledgeable and caring. I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone wanting to make a healthy change in lifestyle.
