Fantastic experience: The first time I walked into this place, I was immediately reminded of a place I was fond of before in a land far away. The floors speak of morning mist, the walls bear shelves of many leather-bound books, and the staff cultivate an atmosphere of rich mahogany. No there is not a wheel of cheese in the refrigerator, but there lies a platform for one to accomplish their goals. And that is a platter filled with hope, hard work, and success. I don’t know how to put this, but people know them.

Fantastic experience: Best decision to go check out this place. The atmosphere is great with the experienced encouragement from the trainers-along with others there. The area is very spacious and always clean. After checking out one class I knew where I needed to join. As an out of town traveler for work- this gym makes it feel more like home.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start, this gym is my happy place! Seriously the gym has awesome energy and the knowledge that you get from the trainer here is top notch, he is eager to help and will take time with you. Also he understands what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Don’t be afraid to try it out the trainer makes you feel comfortable and walks you through it all. The gym is also VERY clean and big I love the space! Also everyone I have met so far has been super friendly! I will definitely be calling this my home gym, hope to see you there!
