Fantastic experience: I’ve never done CrossFit before, but I started here in January 2021. When I first came to the box, I was less than a year off knee surgery so I was very skeptical of my capabilities as I constantly had pain. However thanks to good coaching, proper movements and scaling - over a few months, I got stronger and the pain is now completely gone. This made a huge impact on my day to day life. Now I get to focus on being better in other aspects. The box itself is extremely clean, organized, and very fun. The community keeps you engaged in and out the box, regardless of level. And of course, the coaches and owners are fantastic as people and coaches. I highly recommend this box to anyone
