Fantastic experience: A delightful yoga studio! The owner (and primary instructor) is wonderful and her classes accommodate all levels of ability and age. If you go in happy, you will leave happier, and if you go in with the weight of the day on your shoulders it will magically transform into happiness. In fact, happiness and smiles rule here, from the amazing instructor down to the straining novice (that would be me). You should at least go once - I guarantee that you will be delighted!
