Fantastic experience: I have been training at Tinsley Performance for 4 off-seasons now and have seen tremendous growth with each year. I started working with Cal and Jared in 2018 while I was in the minor leagues. I had little functional movement and average strength. Thanks to the extreme focus and dedication from Cal and Jared each year I was able to increase in mobility as well as strength and explosiveness . The wealth of knowledge both from the strength and conditioning side as well the kinesiology is second to none. In 2021 I just finished up my rookie season in the MLB and I know that I would never have been able to achieve my dreams without the help of Cal and Jared

Fantastic experience: I worked out with cal for that past 4 years and it has been the best experience of my life. Not only did I grow as in strength/agility/skill.. I also grew spiritually and mentally. Coming back from Tommy John and anterior/posterior labrum surgery I can 100% credit that to cal and his staff. The combination of traditional weightlifting, movement lifts, agility, speed, and physical therapy makes TP the best in the business. Furthermore, I will always cherish my time at TP and the many great memories and relationships I made. Cal and his staff truly cares about their athletes. I was excited everyday to be able to go up there and train. His personality and the environment he has created only allows for you to get better… You can not help but TO work hard and strive to be your best when at TP.
