Fantastic experience: I love this place. Great, knowledgeable and caring trainers that tailor every routine to your needs that day. Originally went to them after a recommendation by a friend and several knee surgeries left me with some mobility issues. Lost 70 lbs and 2 years later I am now climbing 16 flights of stairs and counting. Highly recommended gym, best trainers ever and nicest guys.

Fantastic experience: I have successfully lost 40 pounds, dropped down two dress sizes and have improved my overall health and physical abilities. My workout was tailored to my specific needs, resulting in increased range of motion in my arms and hips. My trainer Dean keeps me focused and provides nutritional counseling to improve my eating habits. As a “mature” woman and cancer survivor, I am grateful for the change of lifestyle introduced to me by Dean and the NY Fitness team. Hard work accomplished in a team/family environment! I feel and look fabulous!
