Fantastic experience: I really cannot explain how wonderful this gym is! I have been with Donnie from the beginning and watched him and the gym grow into an amazing space for people to come workout, and join a gym family like no other. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get into shape from personal training, cardio and even free weights. The staff and owner are nothing short of amazing people with up to date knowledge and they are here for the people to get them into shape. The gym family is amazing and everyone knows one another to push each other to their best.

Fantastic experience: I actually reached out to Don Sapp for a professional consultation. He was elemental in guiding me into a healthier more fitness oriented life style 30 years ago. I wasn't diligent and certainly could have adhered more closely. BUT the groundwork was laid and I always came back to the principles of nutrition and bodywork he taught and mirrored for me. I credit Don with saving my life and life style. I am now 74 years old and last October my Doctors discovered I had a 90% blockage in my heart. I now have 3 stents and am striving to bring my fitness back to optimal. I did not know my heart was blocked, I had no angina or pain. Somehow my heart had developed enough auxiliary vessels to keep it undamaged from a lack of oxygen. Yes it was difficult to keep pushing in my cardio workouts...but I pushed and I and my cardiologist believe that is what saved me. Back to Don who was my personal trainer for years. He taught me how to workout...how to shop cook and eat..he helped me understand what it means to care for Gods gift of life through friendship and care...and just one more rep! Ouch!! Go there if you wanna grow .

Fantastic experience: Very friendly atmosphere with everything you need for a great workout. Very clean, not crowded, and the staff is quite knowledgeable and helpful.
