CrossFit^® Sparrow

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for over 1 year. I love everything about it! I consistently attend classes 4-5 days a week. One of the best investments I've ever made for myself! Once you try it, you'll be hooked too.

Fantastic experience: The coaches at this gym are quick to respond, always helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. They know their stuff and are eager to train up their members the right way! This gym is a community of athletes at all levels and all ages where you feel accepted! Just a great place to find friends and get your workout on!

Fantastic experience: If your looking for the BEST of the BEST for a Crossfit box - you will find it at Crossfit Sparrow. It has a strong community and the best coaches you could ever ask for. I do not give reviews often but this place is worth it!

Fantastic experience: Hands down.....this is the BEST gym and community out there. If you’ve ever said, ‘I want to be a better version of myself?’, ‘I would love to get in shape!’, ‘I’m not sure about CrossFit’. Sparrow is exactly where you should be. I was never athletic my entire life and had never stepped into a gym until 5 years ago. It was the best decision I have ever made. The Coaches, the Programming, the Community Spirit of Sparrow is unmatched.
