CrossFit^® Coweta

Fantastic experience: I came into CrossFit Coweta with no experience in weight training or generally anything gym-related. I have learned skills in strength training and gymnastics, and I have grown tremendously! Justin’s supervision is intentional, and the programming is both thought out and as challenging as you make it. He has years of experience and will help you no matter where you are at. He cares about his clients, and he wants to make you better.

Fantastic experience: I'm in the military and travel often, but I live in Coweta. Whenever, I am home for the holidays, my daughter and I love dropping in to get a great workout. Justin is a Veteran himself and I appreciate that he speaks my language, and can also relate and teach my kids. I have a teenage son that will come too.  I have been to several boxes around the world and this one is truly special.  It is raw and there are no frills, just the necessary tools needed to "Do Work". The time I get to spend with my kids there is priceless and amazingly the drop in fee is only 10 bucks. Justin is not in this for himself, he truly cares about everyone that walks through the doors. He even posts his WODs online for anyone to see, because he knows what any experienced athlete knows, without the proper coaching and the right environment it's just words on a screen. Crossfit Coweta is that right environment and Justin is that proper Coach. Drop in, you will appreciate it!
