Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a down to earth, no bs kind of coach Alex is your guy, he gets to know you personally and builds relationships with his clients. I go Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, he's a true professional definitely a gym you need to join ASAP!

Fantastic experience: Alex is the best trainer around! I live almost an hour away but refuse to see any other trainer. He is very passionate about training, dedicated and motivating. I have worked with other trainers that were closer to me and did not find the workouts as effective/ result producing. Alex listens and will help you obtain exactly the results that you want - every time I am dedicated to my training with Alex I see amazing results. I have trained with him for almost 10 years now and would highly recommend! He is the best!

His gym is friendly to all levels of fitness! The kids afterschool program is amazing! He mentors youth, gives them accountability and support for their school while training them in boxing!
