Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Crossfit Ironspider for 3 years now, and I can't recommend the facility & coaches enough! Coach Mar spends so much time and effort providing feedback and tips for each person in class. All workouts are totally customizable to the ability of the individual, and I never feel any shame or guilt from others if I'm having an off day and need to scale a workout. Everyone is so supportive of each other. Even throughout the pandemic, the entire staff kept members sane by maintaining a full schedule of zoom workouts, and when it was safe to do so, in-person classes with covid protocol and social distancing. I would highly recommend Ironspider to anyone, of any age & physical ability!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Iron Spider has been a game changer for me on so many levels. The husband and wife team who own the facility, Brandi and Steve, are simply incredible and cultivate the most supportive and motivating community. I have learned so much from the coaches, and pushed myself to new and unexpected places with their guidance and deep knowledge. I have also been able to stay extremely active through a few issues because of the support I received with great modifications that keep me sweating and growing stronger. The last year and a half has been very challenging for many - but being able to go to CrossFit Iron Spider during these difficult moments of the pandemic is what kept me sane, especially in the early days. Steve and Brandi have taken extreme care around this, putting processes in place to ensure the safety of the community - generously spaced out boxes, online sign-ups and reduced class sizes, sanitized floors between classes, all personal equipment unshared and sanitized after each use. It’s been so reassuring to have these extra layers of precaution so members can feel comfortable to work out, and not feel concerns about COVID. And on the member front, it’s a wonderful mix of athletes of all different abilities and ages. Everyone cheers each other on, and helps each other push the limits to new heights. Whether you are a extreme beginner, a steady regular, a seasoned Cross-fitter or somewhere in between, you will get a great workout that is suited to your level. Being at CFIS feels like my home away from home. I can’t live without my workouts here. It is truly a unique place and I could not recommend it more highly!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from out of town with my girlfriends. Had a chance to drop in to this place it was amazing. really good coaches who were very knowledgeable to movements and were able to motivate very well.
