Fantastic experience: Bomber’s is a gym that shows the value of investing in its coaches. I’ve been doing CrossFit on my own and at military affiliates for more than a decade and I’ve never seen a box with such high quality coaching. In less than a year of membership I’ve added double digit PRs to all my Olympic lifts and finally added several of the high skill movements (muscle-ups, double unders, etc)to my tool bag. More than that, Bomber’s has a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you feel encouraged no matter your skill level. The coaching focus is on quality, fundamental movement and is imminently accessible for the first timer just trying to get in shape as well as challenging for the competitive athlete trying to take their fitness to the next level.

Fantastic experience: The best spot in town and a huge part of our family! Where you go to workout, but you leave with so much more. The best coaches around that will help support you on your fitness journey. We’ve been members since we moved back to Dayton 6 years ago. Give them a try!
