Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics

Fantastic experience: Signed my daughter up for gymnastics classes a few months ago for the first time and was very pleased with this gym. After previously trying two other gyms that were not the greatest, we were very pleased with Aeon and my daughter loves taking classes here. The gym is very clean and organized, and the staff is amazing. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Chris is intimately knowledgeable on how to build strong and long lasting foundations toward your fitness goals. I put on 20 lbs of lean mass, and destroyed old endurance records I had trouble getting past. Working with Chris paid dividends toward avoiding injury in my strenuous outdoor career/lifestyle. Do recommend.

Fantastic experience: Aeon is the perfect gym to have your kids take classes. There are many different classes for all ages and even classes where the parents are able to be with the kids! The activities provided keep the kids active the entire time between jumping on the trampoline and balancing on the beams or even doing an obstacle on the gym floor. It’s super clean and well organized. The staff is constantly cleaning the mats and stations so they are ready for the next class! Highly recommend sending your kids here to learn new things or to just have fun and be active!!

Fantastic experience: Aeon is an amazing place to send your kids! There are a huge variety of classes to choose from whether it is general gymnastics, parent and me, ninja, or cheer. Aeon has got it all! In addition, the staff is well-trained and super friendly. They do an awesome job at teaching the kids. Both gyms are insanely clean. Aeon is a great friendly environment for all ages!
