Fantastic experience: I was referred to Rachel by a close friend and I’m so grateful! I really struggled to lose weight and regain control of how I felt in my own skin. I was probably a difficult client because tracking contributes to some body image issues for me historically but Rachel didn’t hesitate at all. I was able to be successful and do it in a way that worked well for me. Rachel refocused me, gave me clear, simple and attainable goals.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Prevention and Performance! The trainers Rob, Rachel, and Ian are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you reach your goals while preventing any injuries. The group classes are fun and the coaches are motivating, making you WANT to go to the gym. I have learned so many different weight lifting exercises as well as proper form. You will definitely get stronger training at this gym :)

Fantastic experience: Staff is incredibly helpful and kind! They are very knowledgeable and will help you achieve your goals. I have learned so much since I started coming here. All of the coaches are great! I always leave feeling better than I did when I came. Seeing progress each week and support from them makes me excited to continue my journey!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym and highly recommend! I have been training 1:1 here for the last few weeks with a targeted goal for an upcoming wedding. The coaches (Rob, Rachel, and Ian) are very informative and knowledgeable and really help in all ways to help you achieve your goals. They cover nutrition, keep you accountable, motivated, and also ensure they work around any injuries you may have. They have developed a specific progressive overload program for me and am so happy with the results so far. The gradual strength increase and weight reduction has been amazing! On top of that the coaches are just great fun people. The whole atmosphere is so positive and motivating! Highly encourage anyone interested in getting stronger and in shape to at least try out a session.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Took my first class last week and I can't wait to be back. For the most part I'm not a fan of group classes - AT ALL. Typical group classes for me are often super packed and also aren't conducive to a wide range of fitness levels. It can feel more about the money grab and less about people getting results. This class was not that. For a 6am it was SUPER engaging, welcoming and also a great atmosphere. Rachel the trainer was a good mix of encouraging while challenging participants to push themselves when appropriate. That class went by so quickly. Also the hair ties in the bathroom a nice added touch! Again, I'd highly recommend!
