Fantastic experience: All the instructors are absolutely incredible! Jamie is so encouraging throughout the entire class & pushes you to do your very best. The barre classes are the most intense workout I have ever had! So glad I joined & can’t wait to see results!

Fantastic experience: Great work outs allways different. Lively , educated instructers. Comfortable , freindly atmosphere. Work outs have great results!!
