The owner and staff are the best, they go out of their way to help with anything you need. I highly recommend, and would definitely be a member if I lived in the area.

Fantastic experience: Welcome to a real gym with real people putting the work in. Walking in felt like home and I immediately signed up. Anthony Gilio is a genuine person that cares about the facility and the people. He is constantly taking care of the facility and the people in it. The equipment is top notch and there is allot of it. I highly recommend signing up for personal training.

Fantastic experience: I am staying in NPR for a month or two for work and wanted to have a gym membership while here. I found Monster Mouse online, and I'm glad I did... because 1 week into my stay and it is already my favorite gym I have ever been to! Anthony set me up with a cheap, month by month plan and this place has everything you need and more. Everybody is friendly and more than happy to help with form, advice or whatever else you need. You immediately feel right at home and with 24 hour access you can stop in anytime you want to get a lift in. They even let you pick the music! Also- for those interested they sell all kinds of sports drinks, supplements, protein powder and more. I would highly recommend this place to anybody in the area looking for a place to workout. It has made my stay here better by far!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! The owner is very down to earth and involved in his gym! I am in out of town and he worked with me on a short term membership. Not a gym to play around in. This gym has everything you need to get big!
