Fantastic experience: I have been a member for awhile. For me this workout is perfect. There are flexible times, the trainers are so helpful and knowledgeable. I miss seeing Christy there, though, as she brings an energy there like no other, is motivating and really knowledgeable and encouraging for the 9 rounds workout. I hope the owners know what a valuable trainer they have as she is one of the reasons I kept coming back!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a dedicated 9Round Member for four years now! I never liked to exercise before, and I’m in my 40’s I’ve tried a lot of things. But this place checks all of my boxes! Love the workout, I was able to see muscles, I’ve never seen before, becoming visible in just a few weeks! The trainers are great. Totally doable for newbies. The trainers are great, they know you by name, and care about your well-being. This location and the Centennial location are both great. Love this place.
