MBRA Gym

Fantastic experience: I have been going to MBRA since July 2021 and I am obsessed. It quickly turned into my sanctuary. The coaches give the perfect amount of encouragement and tough love. Not only are the coaches amazing but I also find inspiration from all the amazing and strong women in my classes. MBRA gym is just all around good vibes.

Fantastic experience: Wow… where do I even begin, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for creating such a fun, safe space, you guys have quite literally changed my life in a matter of just 3 months. Not only has joining your gym made me a healthier person on the outside but more importantly on the inside. I couldn’t have done it without MBRA & I say that with every ounce of love in my heart. I will forever be thankful to have gotten out of my comfort zone & decided to join this gym!! I literally can’t imagine my life now without you guys! I will always make the time for a happier & healthier me & I couldn’t be more thankful to have found MBRA. The words thank you are truly not enough! So thank you x a million!! I can’t wait to keep seeing myself grow into the person I have always been meant to be????????❤️???????? I would recommend this gym to anyone & everyone! (Females only) ????

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. From day 1 you immediately know that you’re going to get your moneys worth and more. The trainers are so kind, accommodating and motivating. The shake bar?!?! AMAZING! Whether you would like to lose weight, maintain weight, gain weight, get toned, whatever! This place does it all. The other women in the class make the experience even better. Everyone’s willing to help each other & especially new members. So grateful I found MBRA.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming here, it’s a gym where they make you feel at home. Everyone is always constantly helping wether it’s to help you do the right exercise or fix your form. They have pushed me beyond limits. By far the best all girls gym I’ve been to where I’ve seen growth within 1 month.

Fantastic experience: This gym AMAZING! The trainers, equipment, hardcore exercise, to the vibe is all just IMMACULATE. If you want to change your life and become the better version of yourself, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else except this gym. I tell you, once you finish class all you want to do is keep going harder and harder for your next class! The gym and the trainers has and continues changing my life.
