Positive experience: I've only been going for a short time, but I'm enjoying it so far. It's a nice change from flashier gyms that try to market add-ons non-stop. Nice people, good equipment, and convenient.

Fantastic experience: I've had the best workouts and boot camps here. Carrieann is an exceptional trainer, prices are fair and reasonable. The gym is clean, well maintained and an excellent atmosphere. I've found myself a home in this place and I'll keep coming back for years.

Fantastic experience: Boot camp has been a great experience! Carrieann is great at making everyone feel welcomed and does great at pushing us to meet our potential. Everyone has been welcoming and great! I’d recommend it to anyone!!
