Fantastic experience: Ron has created an awesome space for a fun and challenging workout. All the instructors bring their own style and methods, which gives workouts a nice mix of variety and intensity.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are amazing! Ron, Ashley, and Dane (the 3 that I've worked with so far) approach each 50 minute session as if we were the only people in the world that mattered! Most importantly, after only 3 weeks in, I'm losing weight around my mid-section, sleeping like a rock, feeling more limber, and standing taller! Thanks to all at Pilates Plus Palm Spring! You are much appreciated!
