Fantastic experience: Excellent facility. The equipment, cleanliness and customer service are outstanding. I mainly use the gym for open gym, however I received free trials to their classes and 1:1 sessions with trainers, which I tried and also found to be great. I’m so happy I found this gym!

Fantastic experience: This gym is HANDS DOWN the best gym in the Desert! The Haven Team is fully committed to making sure they are creating the absolute best space and environment for their members. Christian takes his time to explain each movement and will work with you to make sure you aren't just flying through the workout, but that you're doing it in a safe and effective way. He makes it easy to ask him "am I doing this right?" or "it hurts here when I move this way, what am I doing wrong?". It's usually the smallest shift in the way you're moving, but it makes all the difference to make sure you're getting the most out of your workout and not hurting yourself in the process. The gym and the whole space in general is absolutely amazing. The cleanliness of the facility and the care they put in to each detail really shows that they are proud of the space they have created and really want to make it a great experience for everyone. Haven is really created for everyone. Whether you're just getting started into a healthier lifestyle for yourself, or if you've been doing this for 10+ years, you will always feel welcome and get the best workout of your life! Fantastic experience: Haven has been such a great community for us to stay healthy. Christian is an excellent trainer! He explains proper form to avoid injury and offers variations of each movement so classes can accommodate any experience level. The environment is very encouraging and not intimidating. The equipment is great! Very clean and we'll maintained.
