Fantastic experience: I love Gabby and Fit Factory! Gabby has changed my life not only physically but mentally and emotionally. Gabby makes every member feel like they are family. Every person has their own goals and needs and Gabby and the trainers remember everything about everyone personal injuries and their goals. Gabby challenges her clients but makes sure everyone feels comfortable while doing that. The most important part of anyones journey in physical training is finding a place/gym that you feel comfortable and when you walk in from when you’re done with your workout, Gabby and the trainers at Fit Factory do just that - They are happy, encouraging, fun and welcoming all while challenging you to work hard. Thank you Gabby for opening a gym that every single person can enjoy going to!!!

Fantastic experience: Eureka - I found it! Just what I needed - personal structure, accountability, nutritional guidance and meal plans, motivation and fun. I was looking for a way to incorporate all of this into my too busy physical and mental lifestyle and this is working - I love that it is so workable and flexible with my schedule too. There is nothing like this and believe me I have tried several of the other choices out there. Just finished my 5th week and the progress is remarkable. Everyone from the coaches to the others in my small group are supportive and easygoing. 65 (going on 66) is just a number and the numbers are getting better! Thank you so much Gabby and Miguel.
