Fantastic experience: Father / daughter team saw Aaron for workouts. He was fantastic and able to tailor our workouts for exactly what we wanted. The space is great and workouts are totally private. Aaron is a real pro. We enthusiastically recommend Trainer Joe’s!!

Fantastic experience: I’m a mature adult who has worked out most of my life. However, the pandemic made me look and feel like I’d never seen the inside of a gym in my life. I had to take action to solve this problem. In my search for trainers in the area, I only found one with 5 stars. That was Trainer Joe’s. This made me suspicious but curious. There were a few more trainers I reached out to, but believe it or not, they didn’t respond. Trainer Joe’s on the other hand followed up immediately and we booked an appointment, followed by a start date. I now know why Trainer Joe’s received all those stars. He is an excellent trainer! As I said, I’m mature, but Aaron developed a work out program that is challenging yet not too difficult that I stopped showing up. I’ve seen results in a very short period of time and I’m happy those other trainers didn’t call me back. So, if you’re in need of a personal trainer, don’t hesitate to contact Trainer Joe’s, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Trainer Joe's Fitness as been nothing but exceptional. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and his functional strength workouts are so much more productive and rewarding than your typical big box gym with free weights and machines. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Fantastic experience: Owner Aaron is super knowledgeable on his workouts. I went on a cruise and he was in charge of morning workouts. He explained everything before we did it as well as did it all with us. Went around the room too make sure we were doing things properly. He let us know what the exercise was for and the benefit of the motion. Gave pointers on what we can do just sitting at home. Definitely recommend him as a trainer who care about his clients and not just in it for a paycheck.

Fantastic experience: Aaron is knowledgeable, professional and above all else he’s LIKEABLE. The business That he’s built, and provides the community is superb. His gym space and studio is clean, safe and there’s something for everyone!
