Fantastic experience: I've only been working out with Terra Nova Fitness for three months, but I can already see my body composition changing. My primary goal was to increase muscle mass in order to strengthen my body as I age. The workouts are varied and individually tailored, while challenging me at the same time. The group classes and semi-private coaching give me the direction I need to be successful. My time at Terra Nova is time I'm scheduling for me - really important to my own well-being. Fantastic experience: Amazing place! Great workout place for busy people. You can schedule your sessions ahead of time to workout and each sessions are led by fitness trainer. Friendly and positive environment which motivates you do better and keep going.
