Fantastic experience: When I find myself in the McChord AFB/Lakewood area I make sure I drop in. This jiu jitsu school is ran by hard-working folks who make sure your experience is top-notch, no matter what step in your jiu jitsu journey you may be at. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training for 7 years and the last 3 has been at Cat 5. Whether you’re a recreational BJJ athlete or a serious competitor this is the place to train. The school has been growing due to Professor James making a lot of improvements at the gym. He’s highly technical and can articulate his knowledge that makes it easy for us to understand. Stop by and check out the gym.
