Fantastic experience: Have totally loved my experience here! The coaches are awesome especially Lauren and Jackie. I’ve seen ???? results in my body just after one to two weeks. Their facilities are clean and I shower there after workouts. Their equipment is clean and well maintained. I am so grateful I found this gem! ????
Fantastic experience: Excellent F45 location!! Only one I've been to with UV lighting kind of feels like a nightclub but it's functional in that it helps to sterilize equipment. Plenty of room. Great staff!
Fantastic experience: Great place to workout! I am always looking forward to going and feel so happy and accomplished when i leave! The coaches are all helpful and keep you motivated and pumped through out the session!
Fantastic experience: Always a great workout and a supportive environment! Equipment cleaning/sterilization between classes was always witnessed (and appreciated!). The classes with a DJ are THE BEST! Unfortunately I had to move out of the state and away from this great gym but they were very reasonable and understanding with my remaining class passes.
Fantastic experience: So far my journey has been a great a experience. I love coming into the class and having all my workouts set up for me so I can get straight to work. One thing I really enjoy a lot is that its functional strength so it converts to my boxing training as well. I really like the staff great people over all
