Fantastic experience: 5 stars to Larry for assisting my wife and I with a membership payment issue at another chain location. How amazing is that. The same day I reached out to him regarding my concerns he not only txted me within minutes but took care of the situation spot on. I was frustrated calling my local 9Round location for 3 days leaving messages and no one returned my call. Larry demonstrates professionalism and shows he’s all about communication.
