Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best gym ever. The staff are welcoming and fun. All the instructors have great energy-and push you to do your best. There are plenty of classes every day, so you always have options. And, finally, their prices are very reasonable. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Been a part of Trifecta since they opened 3 years ago. It’s not your typical commercial gym but a place I call my fit family! We build relationships with members and keep each other accountable! The trainers are on point in making sure each one of us in a class are in correct form and push us to go heavier and be our best ???? Always new workouts to challenge us and get our muscles not only working but feeling that burn ????
