Fantastic experience: Wonderful

Fantastic experience: It's a small gym with a local owner. Their equipment is friendly for a body builder and/or average Joe wanting to get in shape. They are truly open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I love my gym. My daughter also loves her gymnastics trainers. She is 7 and has been going to Owensboro Gymnastics for 3 years. They have helped her develop her skills so much as well as build strong muscles and balance. No matter the other sports she plays, we'll always try to keep her in Owensboro Gymnastics as well because it's so good for her.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym and sauna. Plenty of equipment and never over crowded. Staff cleans the entire gym several times a day, including mopping. Locally owned and operated!
