Fantastic experience: You may have seen this in a review before, but this is the best Crossfit gym East and West of the Mississippi...hands down! My wife and I have been a member since 2015 and it still remains the best decision we have ever made! Everyone at CFBLK is always kind and supportive and the coaches are not only knowledgeable, but they put your safety first most importantly! The owners, Emily and Brandon, have always promoted a culture that is welcoming and open to people from all walks of life. It doesn’t matter if you are trying to become an elite athlete or if you just want to be a healthier version of yourself (like myself) this is the place for you!
