Fantastic experience: After having FIVE almost 10lb babies and struggling with major diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation)…I’ve felt lost and discouraged working out. After only 2 workouts at Body Sculpting Fitness, I am SO encouraged and can already feel an increase in energy! I appreciate the challenging but safe workouts. There is intentionality in every movement and all the individual support you could need. This classes are perfect for a busy mom who is ready to make a change. Eddie and Elisa are simply THE BEST and the total package when it comes to WHOLE body health -movement, nutrition, and mindset! It is obvious that they put their heart into all that they do.

Fantastic experience: You would think that you would learn how to only get your body right but if you listen to what they are saying you can apply the principles you learn in the gym all areas of your life and see progress. This is really a spirit, soul, and body type of gym. Great workout
