Fantastic experience: This place is great, the coaches are all amazing and they push you to do your best and not try to compete with each other. It's the best kind of atmosphere for a workout and we do something different everyday. I love coming here and the price is well worth it. I recommend the unlimited if you like working out more than twice a week.

Fantastic experience: I was intimated for a long time about the idea of crossfit, I just started and everyone I have meet has been very encouraging and welcoming, no matter what level you are starting at crossfit is for you commit an hour to yourself and your health, everyday I go I feel good and the workout is never the same

Fantastic experience: Good workout, equipment and trainers. Workouts in the afternoon for those who work and modified workouts for those who have pre-existing issues. Very easy to get going and there is cardio too! I highly recommend trying it for at least a month to see if it is a good fit...it will be. Weekend workouts too!

Fantastic experience: My husband is one of the founding members, due to my schedule I have done privates with coach Sara for over a year. The gym has become my sanctuary, my family and therapy. I work a lot being self employed by two businesses and this has forced me to make myself a priority and has benefited my mental health. Drop in you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We attended the grand opening New Year's Eve party at this brand new gym. The space is amazing and well laid out! A bonus is the CrossFit kids program that they offer. It sealed the deal for us. Every single member of the staff were courteous and friendly; so much that I was able to meet each and every one of them individually. We even got to dabble in a few fitness challenges and watched a complete WODs during the Grand Opening party. They already have a solid following which created a lot of GREAT energy for the facility and for the workouts. If you haven't had a chance to check it out, do yourself (and your entire family) a huge favor and sign up!!!
