Fantastic experience: Great gym and location. The place looks amazing after it went under new management! Parking is always easy, staff is extremely friendly, and the equipment is up to date.

Fantastic experience: There are lots of places to "work out", but CFO makes you a part of their family. The coaches are always happy to see you, they connect and encourage everyone at their current level, and they believe in your potential to get better. This is a wonderful place and you'll always feel welcome here if you're a regular, just getting started, or dropping-in.
