Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Amy since June and feeling so so so so good about it! I have been a part of the online workouts and online nutrition program and I’m so thankful I found her and her gym! I’ve been through a few different programs over the past couple of years, and enjoyed them, learned a lot and got in better shape BUT there is something different about her and her approach to it all. She addresses the whole body, walks us through it all, talks to us like real people, educates us, I just love it! AND how supportive she is, always checking in, leaving comments in our online groups, liking our posts, these things matter. It’s all so encouraging! I don’t know how she keeps up with it all but I imagine it’s because she loves what she does and it shows! I’m thankful she has chosen to follow the calling put on her heart ❤️

A woman full of faith... she believes in every client she has... she builds lasting friendships and loves everyone she meets!
