Fantastic experience: My husband and I started taking Pilates with Tressa to help us counter signs of aging. Pilates has been a game changer, particularly for total body stretching, posture to avoid injury and muscle awareness. Tressa instructor is wonderful, motivating and leads by example!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Life Balance for a hip issue that prevented me from sleeping on my sides without pain. Tressa has worked with me for 8 months and I have been able to sleep on my sides pain free. Tressa knows my limitations and challenges me "a little bit more" that I feel good at the end of a class. Pilates and Tressa have become a necessary habit that I can not do without my weekly group classes. Fantastic experience: Tressa is a great teacher. She knows her students and provides accommodations for specific problems each individual may have. She paces the classes appropriately for the skill level of the group. During the pandemic, she has arranged the studio to maximize “social distancing” and has been rigorous with cleaning. Having just completed my first year of regular classes, I see significant changes in my strength & flexibility.
