Fantastic experience: Restore Outdoor with Mo is a gentle yet thorough class. The dappled shade makes the practice enjoyable even on a warm morning. I really enjoyed it! The other students are very kind and welcoming, which I didn't expect from a tourist town that sees so many people come and go. I definitely recommend it if you are a local or just stopping by.

Fantastic experience: I visited Glow Yoga on a recent trip to Gulf Shores and LOVED IT. The space is welcoming, bright and inspiring. The instructors were thoughtful and passionate and the overall vibe was awesome. I loved the opportunity to take classes both inside and out. The owners thought of everything; don't worry if you didn't bring gear on your trip...they'll make it work for you. I would HIGHLY recommend Glow Yoga!

Fantastic experience: What a great way to begin our vacation to Gulf Shores! After being on the road all day to get here (the day prior) I didn’t realize how much stress my body was holding…so this was the perfect way to begin the day. We attended Suzette’s Thursday morning class and it was excellent. She is kind, thorough, and an all-around fantastic instructor. From the moment we walked in the door to the post-class cold face towels, Glow Yoga provided a welcoming environment for participants of any level, all for a great price. We will be back!
